Moisture Management is a full-service roofing and waterproofing consulting firm that specializes in architectural roof design, capital project oversight and management, roof failure analysis, building envelope investigations, long-term budget planning and much more. While we work with many different kinds of companies and organizations, Moisture Management specializes in working with Indiana school districts. We help districts to audit their existing assets, develop a 5-year budget plan, and execute the plan with performance-based capital project specifications, project oversight, and re-evaluation.
